HORARY ASTROLOGY is divination with astrology when a moment in time is important.
The client (querent) asks the questions, and the moment astrologer receives and understands the question well, he/she takes that time for the "horary chart" which can potentially provide the answer. So in that way astrology is sort of a type of intuitive consulting, one can call it "predicting the future", however it is not done with psychic abilities but with a lot of knowledge in astrology and using specific techniques for reading such charts.
Horary consultations can help to get insights on some dilemma which you can solve, or let go of some idea, or understand more the situation. The important thing is to ask about something ESSENTIAL, which is important especially at the current moment, when you feel preoccupied with finding a solution and perhaps even tried a few ones in the past already, yet did not resolve the matter or found an answer. Often in horary questions the matter is pressing in some way, asking for a reply.

(package prices are eligible only for horary questions, not for natal 1-question consultations)

2) once I confirm receiving the form and can take up the question as horary consultation, you can pay for the reading (paypal or canadian e-transfer)
3) it might be necessary to clarify some things in the chart / by email
4) I will provide my answer, usually it is brief (that is typical for horary readings)
Conditions for changes and cancelations:
* Changes & Cancellations are dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Generally if I already started working with your chart and request, session fee cannot be fully returned (I've never had cancellations btw).
